1. Turn on your Switch Console.
2. Press Settings → Controllers → Change Grip/order → Press L R on the controller. 
3. Hold "Y HOME" Buttons up to 5 seconds, and the 4 button lights will flash quickly. When one of the four LED lights stays on, the controller is paired successfully.
